Account

How do I register as a member?

You can register as a member of Alvin's Club by clicking on the "Log in/Register" entrance to access the registration and log in page, where you can register for a free account using your phone number or email, google/apple id. After registration, you can save your shipping and billing addresses. During checkout, simply select them without the need to repetitively fill them in, saving you valuable time. Furthermore, Alvin's Club offers "Recall Coins" rewards. Normally, for every full $1 of the pre-tax price of each item, you will receive 3 recall coins. Please refer to the Alvin's Club app or other marketing promotions for details on rewards for special promotions/marketing activities.

Is it necessary to log in before checking out?

Yes, you need to use the free registered account of Alvin's Club during checkout. Hereinafter referred to as Alvin's Club.

How can I modify my account information?

Please log in to your account and modify or update your account information in the "My" functions.

Products & Orders

How can I purchase products?

You can browse and add desired items to your shopping cart for consolidated checkout through search, categorization, product recommendations, and various product activity venues. During the checkout process, you need to input your shipping address and contact information, and you can also enjoy special price discounts and recall coin deductions during the payment process.

What payment methods does Alvin's Club accept?

The Alvin's Club app accepts WeChat Pay, AliPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/MasterCard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit payments.

Can I place orders over the phone?

Unfortunately, Alvin's Club does not accept orders over the phone. Please use the Alvin's Club app to place orders. Alvin's Club's only purchasing channel is the official app, and there are no other websites, apps, or physical stores.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please log in to your Alvin's Club app to check your order status. The main order statuses in the Alvin's Club app include:

  • "Pending Payment": Order created successfully but not paid yet. Please complete payment as soon as possible. You can cancel the order in the app at this stage.
  • "Pending Shipment": Order has been successfully paid, and it is being processed for shipment. Alvin's Club will ship it as soon as possible. You can self-apply for a refund at this stage.
  • "Pending Receipt": The package is in transit. You can check the logistics status in the app. Please keep your phone line accessible. Self-service cancellation of orders is not available from this point onwards.
  • "Transaction Completed": Package delivered/received. Please check the status of your package promptly. If there are any quality issues, please promptly handle returns on your own or contact customer service.
  • "Pending Review": After the transaction, you can review the product. Each review helps other users and the platform gain a comprehensive understanding of the product.
  • "Transaction Closed": Order has been canceled, and the fee will be automatically refunded to the payment account.

Special Note

Alvin's Club serves individual consumers in Canada and the United States (testing). If Alvin's Club believes that an order does not qualify as consumer retail, the quantity of purchased items may be adjusted, and surplus items will be automatically returned/refunded.

Alvin's Club reserves the right to adjust or cancel orders or charge additional shipping fees.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Once your order is paid, when the order status is "Pending Payment," you can apply to cancel the order on the app (canceled items will be placed back in the shopping cart for your convenience in reordering). When the order status changes to "Pending Shipment," you can apply for a refund on the app. Refunded order items will not be automatically added back to the shopping cart; you will need to select them again. After the order status changes to "Pending Receipt," you cannot cancel the order or change shipping information on the app. Process: Go to "My" -> Click "All Orders" -> Click "Order Details" -> Click "Cancel Order" -> Cancel successfully.

Can I change the address?

Currently, you can only change your shipping address when creating an order. Once the order is created, secondary changes to the shipping address are not allowed. If needed, you can cancel the order and place a new one. For special requirements, contact customer service for modifications.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most items will be restocked within two weeks to one month, while some out-of-stock items may take longer to restock. Enable notifications on your phone, use the "Arrival Reminder" function within the Alvin's Club app for timely restock notifications.

Does Alvin's Club accept wholesale orders?

Alvin's Club serves individual consumers in the United States and Canada and does not support any form of wholesale, resale, or commercial activities (excluding certain brand agent products). If Alvin's Club determines that an order does not qualify for personal consumer usage, Alvin's Club reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order and disqualify relevant accounts from participating in promotional activities.

Recharge Cards

What is a "Recharge Card"?

A recharge card account allows you to prepay an amount and convert it into respective virtual account balance. This balance can be used to offset purchase amounts across all Alvin's Club sales channels.

How to activate?

Your virtual card account will be automatically activated after you register and log in and can be accessed through your account.

How to recharge?

Currently, only refunds from orders are supported to be directly deposited into the recharge card. Recharge and recharge card gifting features will be supported in the future.

How to view & use?

After logging into your account, you can access your virtual recharge card balance and transaction records in the "My" -> "Recharge Card" module. During the checkout process, you can choose to pay the full amount or a partial amount using the virtual recharge card.

Other rules

  • Virtual recharge card balance is limited for use within Alvin's Club and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
  • The balance does not have an expiry date and can be used until depleted.
  • Protecting your account information is your responsibility. In the event of account leakage, please notify us promptly.
  • If needing to return goods paid with a virtual recharge card, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your virtual recharge card account.

Parcel Shipping

Detailed shipping information

Guangzhou Air Freight Warehouse offers free shipping service for orders in Canada with a pre-tax value of C$55, covering the entire territory of Canada. Orders below the package standard will incur a C$5.99 shipping fee. Orders in Canada with a pre-tax total of C$129 can enjoy free expedited air shipping service. Parcel delivery typically takes about 7-12 business days, with additional time needed for some towns. Electrical and special goods may require more time. You can track parcel delivery status via the Alvin's Club app Order Details function.

Japan Air Freight Warehouse offers free shipping service for orders in Canada with a pre-tax total of C$99, covering the entire territory of Canada. Orders below the package standard will incur a C$24.99 shipping fee. Parcel delivery typically takes about 7-10 business days, with additional time needed for some towns. You can track parcel delivery status via the Alvin's Club app Order Details function.

Shenzhen Sea Freight Warehouse offers free shipping for orders meeting a weight threshold of 5kg in Canada, covering the entire territory. Orders below 5kg will be charged based on actual weight. Regular parcel delivery takes 25-35 days for prompt items and 35-45 days for standard large furniture items.

Parcel Return Due to Non-Delivery: If a parcel is returned due to customer errors such as incorrect name, address, absence, or travel, Alvin's Club will notify the customer via email or phone upon receiving the returned parcel. Resending the parcel will require the customer to pay corresponding fees, so customers are advised to contact customer service.

The courier company responsible for parcel delivery will employ the following methods based on the recipient's address, all of which are reasonable:

1) Deliver the parcel directly to the door for signing; 2) Place it in the user's community mailbox or parcel locker; 3) Leave a card indicating the designated parcel pickup location nearby.

What delivery methods does Alvin's Club use?

Normally, air orders within Canada are shipped by Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and local express companies via air freight, or through sea shipping. Various transportation options are available with different time frames: 1) Local express (coming soon), 1-5 days 2) Expedited air, 7-12 days 3) Standard air, 8-15 days 4) Fast sea, 25-35 days 5) Standard sea (large furniture), 35-45 days

How to track parcels?

After orders are shipped, you can directly check the parcel status and Tracking Number in the "My" - "Orders - Details" section of the Alvin's Club APP.
